Payments are processed via secure online platforms. By completing a transaction, you agree to the following policies:
• Cancellations:
• Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance.
• 50% penalty for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling:
• No fee for rescheduling 24 hours or more in advance.
• 10% fee for rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance.

3. Respectful Communication Policy
We maintain a respectful, harassment-free environment for all participants. Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove individuals from events, workshops, or services without a refund if they violate this policy.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to workshops, downloadable materials, and website content, is the exclusive property of Integrity and Joy LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our materials is strictly prohibited without written consent.

5. Third-Party Services
Our website and services use third-party tools, including but not limited to Zoom, payment processors, and Google Analytics. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the terms of these third-party providers. Integrity and Joy LLC is not liable for the actions or omissions of these providers.

In the event of a dispute, we prioritize good-faith discussions to resolve the issue amicably. If further action is necessary, disputes will be resolved through mediation under Massachusetts law. Mediation costs will be shared equally by the parties unless otherwise agreed.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using our services, and we disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
